Fiscal Sponsorship Projects
Origins Leadership is dedicated to growing the game of lacrosse in new places, both locally and internationally. In 2022, Origins Leadership served as the fiscal sponsor of the Uganda U21 Men's team raising over $70,000 to send the team to Limerick, Ireland to compete in the U21 World Lacrosse Championships.
Lacrosse Training
Individual and group training focused on accelerating skills through Origins' assessments and customized training plans. Each player will have autonomy and accountability in their training and goal planning. Positive coaching with high standards for growth and development as a player and a person.
Service Squads
We connect current lacrosse players with leadership and volunteer opportunities through our programming or in other organizations in the lacrosse community. Each player works directly with Origins Leadership coaches to find an opportunity that suits their values and purpose in giving back to the lacrosse community.
LEadership Enrichment
We work with schools, sports, and corporate organizations to design custom clinics and workshops for coaches, players, and parents. Using the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) fundamentals and the USA Lacrosse Coaches Training Program, we work with stakeholders to navigate sports, business, and life.
